Anyway, I don't know if I'll be restarting any of my past works (I've been reading them again), but I want to start writing again.

Anyway, anyway; what's up with those that are still here?

My hiatus took a lot longer than I expected... I've been studying a lot, so in between calculus, genetics, chaos theory, my work on black holes, chemistry, electronics, computer security, IT work, and about 2 dozen other topics, I didn't have much time to write, or even check my account. I have now gone 2 years above my classes, though, so I'll have time to write, now. A new chapter will be released in less than a week, and then my hiatus will be officially over!

So the family crisis isn't resolved, not by a long shot, but it's to a point where we can relax a bit.
I'll be taking my story off hiatus and start posting again. Hopefully I can get to a point where I can really get going in writing. I have a plan, I just need to remember the specifics. Fortunately I take copious notes as I write. Unfortunately those notes include abandoned ideas, alternative ideas that no longer work, general ideas, and parts that are much later in the story.

Hey, so if you've been checking in on this place the past few months, you know it's been pretty quiet and stuff. I took a bit of a hiatus to get some personal stuff figured out, mostly changing jobs and scoring one that looks to be a permanent place for me. The pay is great, the benefits are amazing, I'm not working myself to death and it's even got the cherry on top. So with all of that stuff going on, my time has pretty much been focused on getting all of that smoothed out lately.

So, I had to leave Discord because I was destroying myself with it and it was terrible and things were extra ugly that way, I actually ended up plummeting down a suicidal rabbit hole and now I'm doing much better, I'm on 40mgs every day of anti-depressants, I'm glad to be single once again, and I'm being so much more social, and SCHOOL IS COMING UP SO YAHOO but omw this past couple years have been quite the WILD ride and I hope tings only look up from here. I've been away for far to long, time for me to become more active!

Yes, I see you there, Discord, and no, I don't apologize for paraphrasing your discording of Fluttershy.

I'm not going to lie, it's been a long time since I last wrote anything. Not so much anything-anything, I've helped run a tabletop RPG, sort of started a collaborative fic with a friend that fell apart much quicker than Project Sparkle did, but the long and short of it is that I haven't been updating.
