As most of you know, Raven (Chrome) Regios was the original author of the Turnabout Storm novelization, as she was very active on Fimfiction a few years ago, writing a slew of crossover MLP works. But then life happened, including school, job and marriage, and now she and her husband have a family to support.
So, one of the perks of commission work is that it gives me a chance to write things that are a little outside of what I have been. Sure, I've had to turn a couple of things down, since there's "outside of the box" and then there's "I can't even see the box anymore" and if I don't think there's a chance it'll come out as something worth the money, I can't in good conscience take on the task, but...

They deleted without explanation the original gofundme.com fundraiser I created yesterday, either because I didn’t verify my email address for several hours, or because I didn’t explain in the description how the money was going to get to them. So I recreated it last night and waited until this morning to see if it would stay up.

So as many, or none may no, I am in need of a bike, my old one was thrashed and I lack the funds. I have a little bit of cash and I'm still trying to save up enough to get a new one. The reason is so I can get a job, to pay for things that I will need to further my career as an Author, Artist and Youtuber.

So anyways, LightningSword's friend is currently homeless, so he(?)(LightningSword) set up a GoFundMe for his friend.
diagnosis:
Diabetes
Cataract in his left eye
Eye infection from dry eyes and scratching said dry eyes
Of those three, we shelled out for diabetes medication and special food, as well as antibiotics and eyedropper. We cant afford the $4000 needed for cataract surgery, though.
I'm planning on setting up a GoFundMe soon to see if we have a chance at restoring his vision.
As December settles us into the winter-holiday season (and we are finally ready to celebrate unlike we were back in October when the stores tried to make us) we are reminded of the spirit of Generosity by remembering that charities are things that exist.

Unfortunately, CV set up the GFM as a raffle, which is against their rules so there is currently no way provided to donate. If he puts a new one up, I'll post a new blog entry.

Well, Joey's still battling the cancer, but there is some good news, there is a gofundme set up now for him to help him pay his medical bills. If y'all would just give it a look and either donate what you can or share the link that would be fantastic. This comunity has proven to be some of the most kind, generous, wonderful people and it's amazingly great to see the outpour that Joey's recieving from friends and fellow bronies.

I know it's probably a long-shot, especially when it's apparently normal for pet owners to just help their pets cope with blindness instead, but here's hoping!
