So for about the past month and a half, I've been playing with a group of friends who I meet with at school. What we've been playing? Dungeons and Dragons game, Fifth Edition. I took a test and whatnot and became a High Elf with a Noble backround. He's also Chaotic-Neutral, and does whatever he thinks is right, no matter the cost of it. And lastly, he's a Warlock. (Warlock master race!)

Ok. So. At this point, if you're into Dungeons and Dragons, you're probably aware that there is a push to move away from the standard 'race' categorization of characters, as it tends to play into and reinforce real-world problematic conceptualizations of race. The other day, I bought a couple of PDFs from Arcanist Press which detail some new concepts for how to replace race with the concepts of 'ancestry' and 'culture'.

To catch everypony up, it has been roughly a year since I have been able to get on here. In that time, I have gotten a story idea, and that's about it.

I am sorry to say I still find trouble to create more of the story you love, though I do bring news. I want to create a Module based on Mylinia, and the creatures inhabiting it, from the lore to the very laws of the world. the problem is I don't have many resources to create detailed artistic designs, maps, environments or even RPG stats that would fit.

I don't think anyone is surprised that my pony writing has been on a bit of a hiatus for a while, and my presence on this site is mostly to lurk-and-read rather than finish my long-delayed stories. What you might not know, though, is what I've been doing instead of pony writing.
Hey ho there my horse buddies! I have been tossing around the idea of bucking down and doing a Nano Wrimo this November. Now I'm guessing you folks may see a rub here "How the fuck is this dick gonna do that AND get me my favorite brand of SunDazzling fictional goodness?!" And dear strawman I have an answer for you, quite simply if I choose to try and get a NaNo complete I might actually need a full month between chapters. Confirmed with repeated testing over the last 20 minutes. I've figured out the math behind how a loli's apparent age VS her actual age works.
How to create an authentic loli with just three dice:
2d8 = apparent age.
2d8*1d20 = actual age.
This is the low fantasy equation for humans and beast people. For high fantasy, substitute the d20 with a d100 for dragons or a d50 for elves and other magical races.
If anything weird happens, you know who to blame. "Beardong Shimmer" came up during tonight's game. Then the memes kicked in.
On a moderately serious note, I pounded out another 1000+ words of chapter 2 today.
