'Verse Ideas Probably Not Going To Be Used: Strange Cults · 5:39pm Jul 27th, 2017
Possibly the strangest of the various solar cults on Equus is the cult of Celestia Clementia, i.e., "the Merciful".
Possibly the strangest of the various solar cults on Equus is the cult of Celestia Clementia, i.e., "the Merciful".
So I was doing some War Thunder when I got a couple pings over on Discord and, hey, whaddaya know, the contest I submitted Celestia Regina to, the Renaissance Contest has just announced its results right here.
And-
In the show, "Friendship is Magic", and its tangential media, Equestria is referred to as a "kingdom," despite the plain and obvious fact that it is a princesspality.
Do I write too much much Celestia x human?
Or can there be never enough Celestia x human fan fiction? Can the sun never be praised enough?
There. I said it.
Too much attention has been given to Luna. Celestia needs some spotlight and character development.
Her role has diminished an alarming amount ever since, well, ever since Twilight stopped writing her letters.
I have been poundering my head up and down, left and right,...
thinking of a story that readers might be able to enjoy.
I have thought about writing a story about Princess Celestia and what it might be like to be a Princess in Equestria.
However, stories like that are all too exaggerated in the media these days. It feels just WAY too generic to be interesting.
Perhaps there could be another subject to write about?
I read this Dislestia fimfic recently where it said Discord had laid an egg that was Celestia's offspring. I find the idea interesting, it would make them like Seahorses essentially.
I wish everyone would make stories based from these comics:
Celestia's Microphone Problem
Celestia gets stung by a Bee!
Celestia loses her Wings!
Celestia's Fun Time
Celestia's Bath
Is Princess Celestia best Pony simply because she is biggest pony? All the other ponies are bony thin and small when compared to Princess Celestia. She is bigger than all the ponies. So, does that mean she is therefore best pony?
Upon Shepherd's first meeting with Princess Celestia, after all the pleasantries have been done with.
Shepherd: "Wow, I've never actually met a demi-goddess. Who was also a horse. Or not... Ahem."
Celestia: "Well, it's been quite a long time since I last met a hominid. So this is an auspicious day for both of us."
Shepherd: "That's good to hear... You won't smite me, right?"
Celestia: "Not unless you offend me."
>when in the final editing pass before posting, you realize a "princesses" was left in, despite they not being such in the story
Yeah, such is when certain characters are always depicted in the same era, and the same roles. Conventions are a powerful thing. I also got used to "princess" so much when I referred to Celestia or Luna in the story, that early on, I actively hunted for the moniker to edit it out.
They aren't princesses. Not yet.
Just a funny thing I wanted to share.
Celestia folded her wings carefully, as she trotted into the gondola. Even after the whole day of travelling in it and seeing it in the sky, she still felt a pang of childish glee whenever she thought about the Skycastle. First operational equestrian airship in almost eight hundred years. Luna still had her touch and then some. Humongous construct could easily rival Canterlot castle in size, yet floated in the sky like a feather. And she was especially glad it would never be used for it`s
Lakeguy sent me an email and got me thinking about the challenges of using Celestia as a protagonist in dramatic stories.
How To Write A Story on TVTropes defines story conflict as:
A character, usually The Protagonist...
...wants something badly...
...and is having trouble getting it.

Principal Noses and Ancient Roses
A story I plan on making.
Summary: You, a weak, ordinary mortal human challenges the overpowered, immortal, big and mighty Princess Celestia to a wrestling match. She agrees to your challenge.
Expect the usual Bendy formula.
That question was nagging Rainbow Dash for a while now, and after gulping down a few mugs of cider, she finally asks it. Instead of a lame excuse she had expected, she gets a dark history lesson involving Daybreaker.
