Well, today was decent.
Betch wasn't expecting this blog huh? (j/k, y'all knew this was happening!). Anyways, here's the list!:
10.) The Lego Batman Movie
Again, I didn't love it nor did I hate it...it was simply good.
9.) Get Out
Okay, I for one love horror movies and indie films. This was, for me, my favorite indie film of this year.
8.) Fifty Shades Darker
....don't judge me...it was FAR more tame than the 1st film.
7.) Spider-Man: Homecoming
Jerry Lewis has passed away.
He left behind millions of "Jerry's Kids" who will mourn the passing of a truly great human being.
Well, just got out if closing ceremonies. Which makes it the first opening and closing ceremonies I've been to in decades, I think.
Just want to wish y'all a happy Thanksgiving, that's all.
Hey everybody, back yet again with yet another story. This time, I've posted the story I'll be submitting to Everfree North West's Scribblefest 2017 event, "Sierra". Much like "The Mare of the Equestrian Eighth" that I submitted last year, I decided to take an experimental approach to this one. Though it isn't poetry, it's definitely playing with prose a bit, and I don't know how successful it'll be. That'll be up to you guys to decide.
I wonder what's wrong with me, am I crazy, insane, blurring the edge between reality and sanity?
Nah, the voices in my head say otherwise, LOL
But seriously, you have been warned, my optimism may be dulled and I want to see if I write better if I go darker, more mature, more intense, I'll always try anything at least once, as evidenced by my crappy stories, crappy mature stories, and overall revies and dislikes...
But still, thanks for all the follows and keep on hating/loving me!
Hello again. How are you? I've been a bit ill recently, which has been fun. But enough of boring stuff. I'm writing to talk about the recent EFNW Scribblefest contest that I've been working on.
Yeah, I'm not dead. I know I haven't posted much here in Fimfiction, but that's mostly because of work and a lack of inspiration.
Still, this coming weekend, I'll be in Baltimore again for Bronycon. If you happen to be in the same area, I hope I can meet you and I hope we all have a grand time. This year, I'm only on one panel, but I think it will be a fun one. The details are:
Role Play Your Way
Hall of Planets - 4PM Saturday
Saw it.
LOVED IT!! It may not be as good as the original but I love how they plotted Scrooge Mcducks comeback and the mystery of Huey, Duey and Luey's mother!!
Let's be honest, 2017 kinda kicked our flanks, but that's not gonna stop us from having good times. So, let's try and look forward to the New Year, together, and look on the bright side of things, okay?
Hello
There is a story for anyone new, old, or otherwise
Please check the blog out and the story and spread the word
Blog Update
Hello there everyone!
What's a hard sweep?
Well it's where I go back and Edit all my COMPLETED stories.
Take note of that word, COMPLETED.
I WILL NOT be editing my incomplete stories until they are finally done, and I won't be working on an old or new stories or ideas until the hard sweep is done.
But this month don't expect anything soon.
Anyhow please follow me and tell others to do so to because I will update you with blog posts on which stories have been edited.
So, remember those Dragon Awards last year?
No? Yes? Maybe?
The Dragon Awards are DragonCon's answer to the glut of award competitions that are facing issues and difficulties, usually because they limit those who would nominate to select groups, thereby causing no end of problems. Which is to be expected when you're restricting in some manner your selection of who is allowed to nominate and vote for the "best" of anything.
