So, around about the end of Season Six, when the latest Civil War of the Fandom was over the inclusion of Starlight Glimmer as a recurring cast member, I wrote this essay attempting to explain why, at that time, I didn't like her all that much in a calm, reasonable way.
Well, we all know what calm and reasonable gets us around here, don't we?
Inspired by a joke between me and a friend of mine about the game. You wouldn't understand it's way too complicated for you guys and gals. Maybe.
Yes I do stutter, but that's because I don't talk that often in real life.
These two movies have snuck their way under my nose. Now that I have several days off again this week, I took the liberty of watching both movies today.
So, let's get started.
My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic has lovable characters, interesting settings, and quite a few captivating stories, but there are some aspects of the show that most fans would agree haven’t been fleshed out nearly enough. Aside from the lack of insight into some important characters such as Princess Celestia and, until relatively recently, Spike, there are many aspects of the show’s lore that have been unfortunately neglected. Take, for example, the enigma of spirits in MLP.
May be back from Day two at Fanexpo... where I found the people who called me "THE GOSPEL" (I don't let it go to my head)
they think MLP is awful too, I even told them about BB pulling off Flurry Heart's head... I got high fives for it.
Still... like I said... I don't really stop for anything!
Let's see how i'll penalize the ponies today.
Does anyone know of any MLP episodes where characters cover their faces with their wings, or try to hide their faces behind their wings? If you know the episodes please tell me which ones they are.
It's to help me with a part in my animation.
Thanks a bunch. I mean, if anyone helps that is.
Sincerely,
UniqueSKD
P.S; I know it's late to say it but welcome to the Month of Love, everyone.
Nuff Said. Back to work.
Hope everyone is doing well!
It's now November 4th, which means that only TWENTY DAYS remain to enter into CategoricalGrant's CuddleFic Contest, which should be PLENTY of time to write a submission if you haven't started yet. The rules can be found HERE.
This is kind of a blog talking about a few FIM fics I plan to pursue. I'm working on some of them currently and debating on how some of them should be presented. My projects are:
Always and Forever
This little oneshot will involve Applejack and Apple Bloom on a lazy afternoon and Apple Bloom, being the worrywart she is, ponders the future for her and her sister particularly relating to mortality and such. Just gonna be a cute little thing.
This has been a year, hasn't it? (Spoiler: It has.) And I'm beginning to suspect that I've spent a little too much of it withdrawn and asocial (possibly as part of the process of recuperating from the rest of it). There's not much to be done about the months lost to that, but I can at least make an effort to touch base with folks before the clock runs out on December. In honor of that — and of Solstice, and the fact that Solstice falls on a Friday and a full moon this year —
This is for Perky Ears to view, especially (This is not an attack)
When I compare Starfleet to Dragon Ball, that means I want them to be STRONG LIKE the guys on Dragon Ball. Because the space ponies and their allies train DRAGON BALL LIKE STYLE, compared to the Equestrians... it's like (Or rather I WANT IT LIKE)
My dudes
I am very busy. School started up the week of BronyCon (which is why I wasn't there REEEEEEE) and I have been swamped with crazy things. (Ever had to saw a dead man's head in half? I did, and I question the utility of the exercise.)
I have so many projects left to complete. I have NOT forgotten about the Cuddle collab, and I have 3-4 different stories jostling for position in my head right now. I hope to find the time to keep working on them again soon.
Hey there, folks. Got a couple updates for you.
First, we've now found a new editor for APD: Homeward. Please give a warm welcome to ChasingResonance, who helped edit on the original APD.
Secondly, the next chapter of Stomach Stallion is still going on. The reason is taking so long is twofold. One is because this will easily be the longest, and the second is due to a recent death in the family.
