Lend Me Your World by Superdale33
A synopsis
I know most of what I do lately is signal boosting bronies in distress, though I'm starting to get a little better lately so maybe I'll have more to say soon.
Jake the Army Guy is doing a survey about how we relate to and/or enjoy characters in fictional media. It's right here and you should fill it out.
Here we are again with another Not A Contest story by the lovely and talented SockPuppet: Sweetie Belle volunteers at a hospital on Earth!
Hey folks! Just a disclaimer in case you are/are not interested in non-pony things. This is a post about a crowdfunded video game that I'm supporting. If that's not your cup of tea, you don't have to read. I won't be offended. If you like awesome and original video games, then read on!
I've never been to a con, but damn this shit is scary
Please read that blog. It's really important.
I know I don't usually post serious stuff here, but I have more followers here than on my serious blog account. And this needs a stronger signal boost than ~40 people.
Howdy folks!
I just thought I'd give a little signal boost to a new story by Horizon, You Remind Me of You. I helped him edit it for the "A Two-Faced Charade" competition (up until the very deadline, in fact), and I think it is a story with a really interesting central premise.
Sorry for the DaD tag, everyone, but I've got a boost in this blog. Head down to the red font below if you want to just jump right to it.
That’s right, we’ve got another entry into the Not-A-Contest! Fable Caster comes back once again with a cute and fluffy story! And, if you don’t mind the pun, it’s totally worth it.
Whoo, another not-a-contest fic! This one from D-20 and quite the surprise to me. . .
One of my friends here on Fimfic, LightOfTriumph, posted a new story just earlier today, and I thought it was a rather charming piece of fiction, so I figured I'd throw it a small boost to go with my usual blog around this time.
Have you ever wondered what it might be like if a store were staffed by ponies but managed by a human? Good news, you don’t have to wonder any further; Buck Swisher has a story about helpful hardware store ponies.
First and foremost, An Intricate Disguise is in need of help. I can sympathize with having horrendous tooth pain, plus living in a country where (from what I understand) it's very challenging to get pain medicine is probably not much fun. Dealing with financial stress on top of that can be overwhelming, so every little bit helps.
Whoo, got another Not-A-Contest fic for y'all!
Given the title, it's not a spoiler to say Fluttershy's in it. May I present SparklingTwilight's latest work:
Strap yourselves in, kids, we’ve got a few here. Playing catch-up for the last week or thereabouts . . . .
Been a lot going on, you know. Like Cherry Berry being assaulted by bad apples.
Hey everyone out there in poneland.
Sorry I haven't checked in for a while. Been busy with a bunch of stuffs. One of which is the awesome Choose Your Own Adventure style fic: Monster's Curse by the talented Jumbled Thought.
So Oroboro has been doing a Sunset Shipping Contest, which I assume everyone is aware of given that this fucker's got like 40 submissions.
Writing can be hard sometimes. It’s solitary, it’s repetitive, it can be exhausting and feel unrewarding. It serves as an outlet for creativity, but it doesn’t yield immediate results. Halfway through a project, you can just sit there staring at the words you’ve written trying to plan out where the story’s going to go, fighting the feeling of being overwhelmed as you think about how much more you have to do. You try not to fret about how these hours upon hours of effort are going to be received
More exciting news — this time, adjacent to Horizon words rather than about them!
