Hello everyone, just posting something to say that the next story I plan to release is written and will probably be coming out relatively soon. As for what you can expect this time, well it's another cute, little shipping story featuring another pair I've not technically written about before. This time however, it dose feature two members of the main six and a character I do now write stories about all that often.
Hi everybody. It's after the fact, but oh well. I already said in the chapter that it ended up a surprise, but, yes, A Tale of Two Suns chapter 10, "Discovery", is now published.
And in other news.... I made the feature box! I'd gone back to the home page and there it was. I'm so surprised and excited and happy. I mean, I didn't think it was possible for a story to get to feature box this long after it had been published.
It hit the featured list late yesterday evening and is currently hovering at #7! As a consequence, I’m releasing chapter 4 today to maintain its momentum. Hopefully that will help keep its heat level high for a bit!

Yet again I've posted a new chapter, yet again it has gotten to the feature box (very bottom this time), and yet again it was quickly kicked out... I counted this time. It stayed there for 5 minutes...
I honestly thing I'm only getting there via technicality. It's been around for so long, after all. It's very likely that it really isn't as good as any other decently written fic, or even close to being popular to warrent a spot.

Tonight, Always Here went full mature featured. I'm surprised and flattered, and I honestly didn't think that would happen. But I put a special sorta work into this one, and I'm deeply pleased to hear that it's helped some of you and that many of you can relate to it in some capacity. It's about very serious and personal issues, which I don't always touch on, but I wanted to do it right. It seems I did, or at least many of you think
After chatting with Tchernobog, he seemed to think you all deserved a little more Alchemy in your lives. Ebon Quill and Little Tinker agreed. Ebon also pointed out that Alchemy was supposed to launch last week, so there's that too. With such weight pressing down upon me, I simply couldn't say no (Well, I could have, but then I'd be a jerk).

I am in awe. I never thought one of my stories would make it to the featured page. It's been a dream of mine that I've been trying to achieve for so long. It's so incredibly humbling. While you were waiting on updates for other stories, I've gotten some one-shot ideas and wrote one last night. I knew it would be somewhat funny, and I also wrote it partially because somepony in a thread said he needed a good laugh, so I wrote "Discord Goes On Vacation".

After 10 hours, DoMS is sitting pretty at 50/14 in 5th place in the feature box. I made a promise to the Incest is Wincest Discord chat that if it did, I was writing a sequel, so that's what I'm going to do after taking a short break from writing, maybe a few weeks or so.
Happy Wednesday from Japan, y'all. Just hit the publish button on a story idea I'd been sitting on for a few years that I just never wrote. After Chapter 15 was delayed, I knew it'd also delay 16, so I wanted to get something I knew wouldn't take me as long to write out, and this silly X becomes an Alicorn one-shot fit that mold pretty nicely. Of course, I want every one of you up vote my stories! Seriously though, I've recently given some thought about those little thumbs up buttons and especially those insidious thumbs down buttons.

It's the first story I've written to get more downvotes than upvotes, and it isn't even close. A T-rated story about foal grooming may have been a miscalculation. 
That said, I'm curious how many downvoters actually read the story. I'd wager maybe half of them, but there's no way to know.

The story featured for nearly a day and a half but hasn’t quite pulled itself over the century mark for total likes yet. Nevertheless, I’m pleased with the reception, and have plenty more planned.
