...but the only way to get it is by chain-fishing Corsola and even then the encounter rate is 1%.

AlicentaurBr0ny was kind enough to do a reading of To the Sun today. Thanks!
Hello tiny little horseys and prance-friends! Today I'd like to share with you two fantastic pictures done by the cool-tastic Kae, known for her love of frogs 'n ponies 'n that kind of cool stuff. (If you like these, you'd do well to check out her other works as well!) Anyway, they are of Lily and Bullet, from Following of the Sun and Birth of a Bullet respectively.
Another month has swept in over us, and it is none other than may. Ahhh, may, the time where the sun allows us to partake of its grace, when (tasty) grass begins to grow and it is warm enough to consummate a relationship outdoor.
Magical times indeed.
However, is the sun always benevolent?
Is it only goodness, or does it sport other facets?
Perhaps we will answer these questions next week...
Hello everyone. I know it's really late, or at least it is here. But anyway, promised, here's an update. Chapter 13 will be published tomorrow. I'm going to try to have it posted in the same window as last time, between 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM EDT. Be prepared for the next chapter, and a big one too.
See you all tomorrow.
Put your hands in the air for today's story.

Hello, everybody. I'm letting you know that Chapter 3 of A Tale of Two Suns, Book 2: Mysteries Across the Mirror, is available for early access via Patreon. So if you want to read it now instead of waiting several days, go ahead and sign up for my lowest tier, $1 per chapter/work (though I certainly wouldn't mind if you decided to donate more ).
So as of today, I've finished The Prince by Niccolò Machiavelli, and The Dictator's Handbook: Why Good Behavior is Almost Always Good Politics. I've been taking careful notes of the three books I've read total (of which there is 61 pages and almost 20k words of), and of future events in War Against the Sun as well. Rest assured, it will come, but probably not as soon as you expect.
Well, I admit I’m feeling better about Harmonic Resonance now, as the downvote brigades appear to have dried up and it’s been getting a steady trickle of new likes and tracks since. It should easily top 40 likes and 100 tracks before the year’s end, which gives it a decent but not spectacular start. I suspect at this point the main issue in the initial launch was twofold: clop readers want instant gratification, so as an earlier commenter suggested, they tend to be a bit turned off by
This was originally going to be in chapter 2, and I’d written it to completion, but my proofreader, the ever-talented Setokaiva, told me it was unnecessary when combined with the other scenes, and I saw his point. So, I took it out and edited bits and pieces of it into the remaining scenes.
Still, I couldn’t bring myself to delete the thing fully from my notes, so, as a way to make up a bit for the delays with this story, I’d like to share this deleted scene with you.

"That's better." Butter Knife buckled up the quaking fried chicken dealer in the seat beside her. "So, uh, Rainbow Dash. What's up with the whole PTSD thing? Asking because I'm pretty sure I just got dropped on my head out of a spaceship onto a moving airplane."
Rainbow Dash raised a brow. "I... don't think that's a reason to ask."
I’m happy to announce that the second A Tale of Two Suns side story, and sequel to Swimming Lessons, will be posted within the next few days or so.
It’s going to be a multi-chapter work, and I won’t post it as quickly as I did Swimming Lessons. I’m not even totally done with it. But I’ve also got a good deal of it finished already, so I think I’m good as far as timing.
So, everyone, brace yourselves, for soon, you shall experience the madness that is...The Great Tabloid Disaster!
Oceans away from the coasts of Equestria lied a desolate land of sand and sun, where nothing stood except for a gleaming bronze tower of cogs and gears. It was an imposing landmark, casting a long shadow over the sands while its tangerine armor glistens under Celestia's light. Nothing much was known about this peculiar tower, which made the trip all more exciting for the world renowned Daring Do.
I was contacted by the author NotanImportantPony to do a full review of his story "The Final Setting of the Sun". Thanks for the opportunity! If you or someone you know would like me to review their story, send me a PM.
Some minute spoilers are likely inevitable but will be kept to a minimum.
