Wrong end of the clock. Wheeeeeeeeeee.
Hey, Reader! May I make a selfish request? Pizzicato and Changelings has been in publication for five weeks now, with chapter 10 of 14 posted. The “Changelings” and the musical term in the story should hint at what it is about. It’s part of an
Hello readers! I hope you’re all having a good Monday so far, and are looking forward to another installment of Being a Better Writer!
So, this is a bit of a weird post, but I figured that this might be a... Decent way to go about it.
That's right, the herald of shitty fanfics is also the herald of shitty art. Here's a sampling:
So, Fruit of the Problem won the Switcheroo contest.
Hello everyone! As you might have read in my profile info, I can't really do much on the computer I am currently using (It's from 2007). So I made a Patreon page where you can get all sorts of cool stuff! Like stories, drawing, 3d models and animation!
If you all help, you will help me get a decent PC where I can finally make more hardware heavy related tasks, and I will help YOU get some cool art! What do you think? You want to help me? :)
Here it is! www.patreon.com/McProky
Several topics to cover in this blog. In no particular order, a reminder, a request, and a round of thanks.
Evening all, Sober here.
Recently, after twelve weeks of silence from the editor for A Pony Displaced: Homeward, Alticron has begun the hunt for a new editor.
If you're interested in taking on this role, please feel free to contact either myself or Alticron.
I was kind of wondering if there was a story out there with a twist at the end of Equestria Girls. Like, whenever Sunset Shimmer got defeated, she faked being reformed and was actually trying to befriend them so she could find their weaknesses or something like that. Just thought it might be a cool idea. If there isn't a story like that already, I'd like it if someone wrote something along those lines. I'd definitely read as long as it isn't inappropriate.
As some of you may know I am working on a redone version of Broken Then Healed. I am in a funk still so it is going rather slowly but that is besides the point. I wanted to see if any of you were interested in being pre-readers, or beta readers, not certain which term is more correct. This version is different, though hopefully not too much as I want to keep the spirit as much as possible. Which is why I am looking for pre-readers. I want to have someone else's opinion on these sort of things
Well then I've got good news for you!
For the low-low price of $5 per thousand words (rounded to the nearest thousand. Don't send me 1,999 words thinking you've cheated the system), I will edit your stuff. Really!
Okay, well, a bit. I'm not super focused on on story right now. I've started a bunch, but never really finished anything. But a couple of nights ago I started this:
Two sleepless nights, and only 700 words. But I can't not think about my ideas for it.
Hello everyone, it's the magnificent Goddess Of The Carries here. This marks my first blog post of the site! Yay.
With that, also comes with the first mature story I've published:

Warning: This is a watersports fetish fic. Do not read further if this does not appeal to your tastes.
Hiya, lovely peeps!
February 2023 has barely started and I already wrote seven blogs and one 3k-word story! I am on fire, baby!
Alright, so welcome to today’s story:A Study of Smart & Social
(Long title, I know. Longest one I have, actually.)
Wow. I mean... wow.
1000 followers. One thousand. That's three zeros.
I know I've repeated this sentiment many times before, but I truly cannot say it enough: Thank you. Thank you to each and every one of you. When I started all of this a couple of years ago, I never dreamed it would reach this point. Even now, I find it hard to believe.
God, I miss when I still got excited for this show.
I haven't made a secret of the fact that Monsters is highly likely to be my last fanfic on the site. Perhaps my last fanfic ever, period. It's been fun, guys and girls and variation thereof, but there always comes a time when one must move on.
I often make references to the idea that writing is a constant quest for self-improvement. It requires self-reflection and self-critique. But there is a limit to this. After a certain point, self-reflection and self-critique always suffer from a lack of perspective. There's a reason you get reviewed annually at most jobs.
A while ago, I put up an open request for cover art featuring a changeling anatomy reference chart, as I had never found one that fit with my intents and purposes.
A guy known as FriendlyTwo3, and he took to the project like I had never expected to see. And the weirdest part to me, was that, not only didn't he ask for any money, but he said that he was doing it because he liked the idea behind my story.
