Hi there! A very wise, talented, awesome, 20% cooler than the other RD Fans (no offence), author of ‘Changes in a Rainbow’ once said: “I wish there were more cute moments between these two.”
But there are. Behind the scenes.
I have found an editor for my story, The Power Within! The story is doing great and I'm trying to get the next chapter out later this week or at least next week. All three chapters have been edited. If everything goes according to plans, there will be two different endings for the story. Comments and feedback are more than welcome!
Hiya, lovely peeps!
Welcome to my new series: behind-the-page, where I can give you background information on my newest story. Make sure to read the story first to avoid spoilers and understand what we’re talking about.
Today’s story: My Dearest Twilight.
So. I had a little nugget of an idea about exploring the idea of the Choosing Stone, mentioned briefly as a Pie family tradition and then never brought up again. I haven't got it fully formed just yet, so it won't be written for... awhile, but I do have the rough outline. But I do have one question for y'all; which of these titles sounds better for a rock farming romance about Pinkie's parents?
-Sentiment and Sedimentary
-Sediment and Sentimentality
-Feldspar and Feelings
So I don't really have much to share this month. I've been updating "Do Ponies on Earth Have Magic Dreams" pretty regularly and trying to get more feedback on that, I've been trying to go back to school so I can get a teaching credential, and all in all, I've been trying to just get through every week without feeling like I'm being crushed by stress and anxiety, which is actually why I've been looking at a career shift.
"Do they want us to pirate games or something?" - from Joel Portugal
Do YOU like romance? Do YOU like Luna? Do YOU like an unconventional portrayal of Dr. Whooves and a unique twist on a story you've heard before?
If you answered yes to any of the above, then have I got a cute little fic for you! Fully completed, sitting at a comfortable 8k words, with humor, a love song, and a refreshingly different take on a classic MLP tale, I'd Only Dream Of You is waiting for you!
Did you know according to Spanish law, you can exercise legitimate self-defense against a kid, but not against a cow? One day I'll do a comic about Equestrian law, and I'll make it completely accurate to reality, and it'll come off as the stupidest shit I've ever written.
*DUN DUN DUN DUN DUN, DUN DUN DUUUUUN!!*
So, within the last few weeks I hit a few fantastic firsts. They're small, but hey! They're cool.
I now have over 100 followers! WOOT WOOT! Thanks peeps! I also have a fic with over 1000 views! Another big thanks! So those are the awesome things I want to celebrate. Though, I'm not exactly sure how, so here's a dancing wizard and a smiling wizard:
Okay, guys. I have a serious question to ask all of you. Are you enjoying A Tale of Two Suns Book 2? And more importantly: Do you want me to continue?
I know people have favorited it, and liked it, but here’s the thing: I published the latest chapter more than a month ago, and on the day that I published it, the response I got was lukewarm at best.
Almost a not-a-contest entry, or maybe it is (gonna confess that I haven’t read through all of it just yet). . . .
But what I have read through, Penguifyer’s already hitting where it counts. Ponies are musical, we all know that.
If she picks her trains right, Sweetsong’s in the last state before she reaches the Pacific. For now, she needs to spend some times making more money, and figuring out which route she needs to take to go west, rather than down to Oregon. Although if she does go to Oregon, that’s not the end of the world . . . if she wanted an easy trip, she’d have taken Amtrak.
okay but my favorite two:

Is this where it gets me, on my feet, several feet ahead of me?"
Nah, sorry bro
I promised you Silver Apples and you're gonna get Silver Apples. No, that's not a pony, but it sounds like it could be.
Betcha can't name 'em all
Good News: I'm working on a new Get Yourself an Editor (Your Grammar Sucks) video. I got the recording done yesterday, and I'm going to work on editing the audio until I have to get ready to leave for work today.
Bad News: I got a paper cut yesterday on my middle finger.
