For the StarTrixMaud shipping contest. I've had a rough/long summer -- I feel like a lot of us have -- but I'm taking this moment to get back into writing fan fiction.

I was talking about FoE with a friend of mine, and it made me emotional, cause Fallout Equestria always makes me emotional, so now I'm like "AAAaaaaaaa I wanna cry but on the good way!"
But then I thought... What if my own writing never is good enough to make people cry, but in the good way? And now I also wanna cry in the bad way XD
TFW you do a big beautiful cover painting and then have to crop most of it out so that the thumbnail reads.
Anyway, new story, wholesome, borderline autobiographical. It's fluff. It starts with... (checks notes) ...Shining Armor getting his leg blown off. That's how you do fluff, right?
Logging off now. Got my second vaccine dose and definitely feeling it already. See you tomorrow.
Thank to those who read my ever unpredictable stories. Ever bit of your positivity, each favorite, all the words read, means much to me. I never thought my sudden lurch and passionate fervor for pony words this year would launch me into a word count soon to surpass my also sluggish A03 form last year and this.
A minigun! Power armor! Large explosions! Lots of shouting! Long conversations! Because I wrote this! I like writing dialogue!
You know where to find it.
Hey everypony! A little break from my regularly scheduled updates (blame Megapone me for getting sucked into Megapone's Fetish Fanfic Fapstravaganza) to bring you a one-shot featuring the glorious Princess of the Sun, vs. the Queen of all Changelings.
It's gender-flopped aged-up CMC. It's gay. It's rough. It's messy. It's cute. I really enjoyed writing it! It's already shocked a sweet old Chinese lady! It's called Scoot-A-Pet, and can I link directly to it? Darn tootin' I cannot. Go check it out!
Just a quick post that my Scribblefest story Marble's Horizon was recently reviewed by Titanium Dragon, a well known writer and reviewer here on the site. He previously reviewed The Reality I Choose as well. He apparently found Marble's Horizon a bit more to his liking, though, so that was nice.
God, I miss when I still got excited for this show.
I haven't made a secret of the fact that Monsters is highly likely to be my last fanfic on the site. Perhaps my last fanfic ever, period. It's been fun, guys and girls and variation thereof, but there always comes a time when one must move on.
Last weekend I was in London, with over 100,000 people, at a protest calling for a People’s Vote on Brexit. As you may have heard, the UK is scheduled to leave the European Union on 29 March 2019.
So the RCL did its Bronycon thing, and we somehow ended up with a consensus that Monochromatic wrote the best story in the fandom, that my husband (we can all dream) Aragon placed, and I got an honourable mention. I also did very well in the online polling for submissions.
I'm halfway through writing December. I keep feeling paralyzed and second-guessing every haiku I write. I wanted to finish it a few months ago, because I thought it'd be funny to give people cold winter-themed poetry during the hot summer months (for most readers). Now I'm just aiming for the 1-year anniversary of when I originally wrote October for the writeoff.
I also have January planned, but it feels scary to go on that long before my gimmick overstays its welcome.
Get those downvotes ready! It's finally here!
Fluttershy throws a much better party than you might expect.
Picking up from the Connie Francis post I did on FIMFiction (https://www.fimfiction.net/blog/676681/record-offer-connie-francis-1985), I figured I would post a video of my copy of *Sentimental Favorites* one of the as-seen-on-TV albums that were discussed in the video showing an offering of Francis' records.
No, now they're starting to ship themselves!
I won't be specific, because spoilers, but pony X and pony Z had better stop it and get with the program, or I'm getting the hose.
Finished the third draft of my original novel. Doing art mostly right now.
If you like Maud, Frazzle Rock, or futa, consider looking at 1761316 on Derpiboru.
That is all.
Have you ever noticed that some types of stories have very attached stereotypes? I mean, if it's a crossover, it will be shallow and lazy. If it it's dark, it will contain gore. If there's a sex tag, it's porn. So on and so forth. Well, what are the more common stereotypes?
Darkness encompassing the last friendly light;
Pressure and pain and that sharp cutting knife
Puncturing your skin with all its force in a fight
On any night, stopping your flight.
It burns and it boils
and for all of your toils
it gives neither hid nor hair
as you slowly suffocate from the lack of air.
Your bones ache,
your skin and muscles are shredded off
and for every quake
you drown and you cough.
It's warm, deathly so.
When everything seems to blow
and you fall.
Today is my first full year on this website. One year ago my life was pretty different. I had just gotten back into writing and decided to try my hand at fanfics. I always assumed they were just trashy romance stories that held no weight for me. When I joined, I had just finished writing my first fanfic which was Hours Loom. I was fairly proud of it because it was the first thing I had ever finished that I had created. Previously, I had written a few chapters of one thing then removed it, and
