EQG: Sword Art Online - Aincrad's final kickoff episode just launched. Episode 4: Generosity. Updates will now happen on the scheduled weekly release, each Tuesday. Yes, that means that tomorrow, Tuesday the 17, you will get Episode 5: Glass Ceiling.
Episode 25 - Angry Voices and a Lullaby, has now been released. While that is great news, I have even more exciting news.

So the first round of prereading went of well. And...
It's clear I have some changes to make.
While the prereading was going on, I have been working on the sequel and am a few hundred pages into that.
I wanted to give this one some extra love because of the themes contained within it and how they resonated with my own life.

So the next chapter of Sunlight Theory is in editing hell. As in, I hate it and have been obsessively making micro edits until I hate it less enough to post. I'm just showing my face here because I want to point you to a great new fic to tide you over while I rewrite* rephrase the chapter for the 100th time.

So, since As Time Goes By won the SunsetxEqg villain competition I got to choose the next theme. I didn't need long, having had an idea for a long while.
Oh yes, it is that time again! This is the concept art I took inspiration from. Don't let the immediate similarities fool you. I totally reworked everything, ground up build for the episode. Y'all are in for a treat.

Okay, so, I've mentioned that this is happening in a few scattered places, but not in one proper announcement post: I'm writing a novel-length fic (currently nearing 70,000 words and counting) that will have every chapter illustrated by Bevin Brand, who worked on Equestria Girls! Woo!!!
