I've tried to do a lot of different things in my life. I created a ton of OCs as a kid, and the list only grew as I got older. I often dreamed that I would create my own comics or video games with those characters. I was about to publish it when I remembered that there seems to be a huge difference in the popularity of chapters I put out depending on the time of day. The optimal time seems to be about 8:00 a.m. PST. Right now is close to the least optimal time. I know I said it would take me an extra week at most to get it out, but I forgot about this until it was too late, and I'd really, really prefer to stick with what I know works here. So, it's been a month and no one's seen hide nor hair of a story update!
Please believe me when I say Silver and I both are working on the story, but we both are being sidetracked by a great deal of "life stuff." Between the holidays and his family visits, my work and my own family visits coming up, combined with our struggle to write in general, I will say that it's probably going to be another month before I at least can get a chapter out.

Another relatively low-productivity day for me. 563 words written for Sunset puts the chapter at 3,241 in total, and I've just hit an interesting point that may very well be the midpoint of the chapter. Nothing else to say right now, I'm pretty tired. I hope you're all doing well!

Welp, didn't end up being nearly as productive today as I wanted - only wrote 696 words. I advanced the chapter, at least, and I also figured out exactly what the next chapter is gonna have to entail, so it's not all bad. The chapter now sits at 5,648 words, still on the cusp of completion.

Well, I finally managed to finish off chapter 12 of Sunset. It only needed 197 words to round it out at 6,880 total, but it still took longer to do than I would have liked. I still haven't adapted well to my much more limited amount of free time, so...

Sometime this week I'll get chapter 11 sent out to be edited. But other than that... my next stretch of writing time is gonna be devoted to my non-pony story, so it'll probably be some time before another blog post.
