I think my blog is slowly turning into a bin of unfinished stories that I have no intention on touching. It has only just recently come to my attention that I have ten followers. I don't entirely know why this surprises me. I say that because I am aware that I'm not terrible at writing, but I never thought I'd be good enough to gain this kind of attention. I know ten isn't really a big number in comparison to the big time writers like vdrake77 or FamousLastWords but it's still an achievement for me.

My term paper was just turned in. That's it! My M.S. in Sociology is done! It's odd not having anything else to do. My brain is kind of dead. Now I can start the job hunt. Well, tomorrow. Tonight, well I dropped an extra chapter for y'all.

Guess what? I finally escaped my inspiration dry spell and I'm proud to say the authoring of chapter 4 has begun! It should be released sometime tomorrow. Look forward to it!

Today is (of course) Christmas, a day for opening presents, visiting friends and family, and just being merry. It doesn't matter what may be going on in the world around us, this is a day for happy feelings.

Also, as an update to my prior post: my recording equipment is in, and I am now largely satisfied with the results of my setup. I'll record a few episodes soon and release them here for your feedback. I'm excited to get started, even if I'm intimidated a bit by the great logistics of the project.

Ch. 5 “At the Line” is done - needs a bit of cut and polish though. The next chapter 6 will, with any luck, write itself as it wont be dealing with all that noise that was Ch.5. Fingers crossed it wont be too...horrible to read when I publish it.
