I was wondering if anyone had seen a story I am looking for...

It had Chrysalis in the canterlot dungeon, Twilight and eventually Fluttershy, I think, visiting often, and then the story ended with Chrysalis saving canterlot and Celestia. Sorry it is bare-bones, but that is all I remember. Does anyone know of it?
