Good day to you all, Gilda Shipping folks. My name is Gabriel LaVedier and I have been tapped to be an admin of this fine group. I wanted to introduce myself and say that I will do my best to make things a little more active.

I plan to introduce things like prompts and thought-provoking threads to stimulate discussion and writing. If I can work something out I might even bring contests out, depending on what kind of prizes I can secure. But for now, just the prompts and discussions.

Please note, these will be weekly things, done when I have regular access to the internet.
