Discord would be an eccentric billionaire who owns a Disneyland-type theme park and is good friend with Celestia and Luna and he is the one who supplies technology for Spike and the girls and funded the Equestrius Academy.

I do like the idea he has his own theme park. Though instead of technology he can instead give their Game Avatars upgrades and weapons, and more. Though he can supply funds for their academy
