Well, I don't know if this is what I would want but here is an idea for an Isekai power.

When you kiss someone (intentionally or by accident) you learn a secret of these. The limitations are: you can only learn one secret this way every 24 hours and you have no control over what kind of secret you learn. Perhaps it's something innocent and cute, something sleazy or perhaps something dark and sinister about that person.
