Spike turn around and see the laser target at them, before he can warned them, he along with Flynn and Mane Six gets hit by a laser and their bodies disappears each of them like a cube, by the time they got all of their parts, they're completely vanished into thin air.

Flynn, Mane Six and Spike appears in a tunnel and they are now wearing gray suit and helmet with neon blue colors, they look at their computerized body.

Kevin Flynn: Oh, man, this isn't happening. It only thinks it's happening.

Rarity: No! It's not awesome! This outfit is hideously! Why am I wearing a helmet?! Where's the color?! More variety, Darling!

Applejack touch her head and much to her dismay, she isn't wearing her Stetson hat that was once belonged to her father.

Hell, Despite the title of Tron: Legacy, Tron spends the whole time as Clu's brainwashed henchman while Flynn and his son are main heroes.

Rarity's present for Spike | Before the Book of Disney calls

After Celestia's sun sets on another day, Rarity was walking back to her boutique/house, carrying the bags of fabrics, ribbons, and supplies she had recently bought. She took a glance back to see Spike and Gabby giving each other a hug before the griffin flies back to Griffonstone, with Spike waving her good-bye.

Even though it's been years and Rarity has gotten used to Spike making new friends on his own term, and sharing him with others, the unicorn still felt a pang of insecurity shooting through her chest.

Shaking her head, clearing her mind of any negative or petty thoughts, Rarity walked back into the boutique, with her recently bought supplies, which she magically levitates and begins to work.

"This has been a long time coming," Rarity said to herself. "But I can't wait to see the look on my Spikey-Wikey's face when he sees what I've made for him!"

The Next Day

As usual, Spike was waiting for Gabby by the Ponyville Post Office, when he happened to notice Applejack close by, with a bouquet of flower in her mouth. The country pony has a solemn look on her face, which she hides with her hat over her eyes. With his natural brotherly instinct kicking in, Spike flies after the pony, following her back to Sweet Apple Acres, where she regroups with Big Mac, Apple Bloom, and Granny Smith. Together, the apple family all walked into the orchards, until they arrived at a clearing, where a large winding tree of apples and pears stood proud and tall.

It didn't take long for Spike to see the big picture concerning the Apple Family. Spike decided to just leave them be, when he accidentally stepped on a stray twig, giving himself away.

"Huh?" Applejack exclaimed, as she and her family looked up in alarm. "Who's there?"

"It's just me! It's me!" Spike held his claws up as he stepped out from behind a tree.

"Spike?" Applejack asked. "Whatcha doin' 'ere?"

"I was...I saw you walking in Ponyville with a bouquet of flower," Spike explained to Applejack. "And I couldn't help but notice how sad you looked so...I just wanted to know what's bothering you. I'm sorry."

"Oh no, it's fine, Sugarcube," Applejack replied. "No harm done. Besides, I guess I should've told y'all about today..."

The Apple Family, with their new dragon guest, all turned their attentions back at the winding tree, which symbolizes the union of the Apples and Pears.

"It's hard to believe," Applejack frowned. "That long ago...Apples and Pears...were rivals to the core..."

"Eeyup..." Big Mac agreed.

"We were as rotten as the feuds between the unicorns, the pegasi, and fellow earth ponies during the first Hearths Warming Eve..." Granny Smith lectured.

"And all it took to end that feud...was love," Applejack shed a single tear.

"Just like our ma and pa," Apple Bloom said as she tenderly embraced Applejack's hoof. "If only I had just one more day to know 'em."

"I know, Apple Bloom," Applejack replied, nuzzling her cheek against her little sister's.

Spike couldn't help but look on in sympathy for the two sisters. In some way, he can relate to Apple Bloom the most, since he never knew who his parents were, or why he was left alone as an egg. Even though Twilight, her family, and friends have helped to fill in the empty void where his parents would've been, the young dragon still felt...incomplete, one way or another.

Later that day

Spike was walking down a path, back to Ponyville by his lonesome. He was on his way to the post office, when a voice called out to him from behind.

"Oh Spike~" Rarity sang as she eagerly trotted to the dragon.

"Oh, hey Rarity," Spike sighed, looking up at the beautiful unicorn who presented to him a purple jacket. "Wow, that's a nice jacket!" He marveled.

"I made it for you," Rarity giggled with a faint blush. "Want to try it on?"

"Okay," Spike held his claws out as Rarity magically puts the jacket down, allowing the dragon to feel it in his fingers. "Wow! You really outdid yourself." Spike was just about to put his new jacket on, with Rarity helping, when suddenly, his spine started to glow, with Rarity's cutie mark.

At that moment, Applejack and Apple Bloom came running by, as if their tails were on fire.

"The Book of Disney is calling!" Apple Bloom exclaimed. "The Book of Disney is calling!"

"C'mon, y'all!" Applejack shouted as she dragged Spike away. "The Book jus' called!"

"HEY!" Spike yelped as he was forcefully pulled out of his new jacket.

Rarity looked saddened that Spike didn't get to fully try on her gift. With a sigh, she carried his jacket on her back, and galloped after her friends.

NOTE: I wasn't really planning to includes Wonderbolts in Tron but an user gives me a storyline idea for them.

You know Wonderbolts are portrayed as WonderJerks like Rainbow Falls, Rarity Investigates and Newbie Dash and I want to deconstructed Wonderbolts in this one.

The story (This is my idea) is Spitfire, Soarin and Fleetfoot realizes they were being too hard on Rainbow Dash after the event of those episodes with Spitfire and Fleetfoot apologizes to Soarin for trying to replace him in Rainbow Falls while Soarin wanting to give Rainbow a proper apology for trying to banned her when he thought she send Spitfire away with a fake note.

Thunderlane, Sky Stringer and Vapor Trail agrees to help them of making an apology party for Rainbow Dash but they noticed Rainbow Dash is absent from Wonderbolts and wondering where is she.

This is where an user named MRJOJOUK3 gives me this one and this is from him.

The Wonderbolts searching for Rainbow Dash and they found the book of Disney tried to figured out on to work this thing and then cause a siren from the Page. And they heard a strange voice saying "Attention. This is a warning. Further misuse of Terminal will result in immediate defensive action. I am the Master Control Program. I oversee this system." They look around and who said it, then Sky Stinger accidentally press the typewrite again. "Decision gate reached. You are now under arrest." Then the book floated and then digitized the Wonderbolt to Tron's World.

And this is where Rainbow Dash starting to get very worried about the disappearance of Wonderbolts and realizes they went to the book and beg her friends to help her of finding Wonderbolts.

When Flynn and Ram apparently get killed in front of Tron, I will have Wonderbolts witnessed Mane Six and Spike get "killed" along with Flynn and Ram and Wonderbolts, especially Spitfire, Soarin and Fleetfoot feeling all guilty and willing to help Tron of destroying Master Control Program to avenges Rainbow Dash even though she and others survives.

Mane Six and Spike go with Flynn while Wonderbolts go with Tron.

Yeah, Wonderbolts never really feel guilty or even bother to apologize to Rainbow Dash for treating her like piece of trash.

If Hercules is about calling Mane Six out for treating Spike useless, then Tron is about calling Wonderbolts out especially Spitfire, Soarin and lesser extent to Fleetfoot for their treatment toward Rainbow Dash.

I means how would you feel that you got to be working along your heroes and your heroes treating you like a piece of trash and giving you a bad nickname and being all insensitive about it, not to mention one of them threatening to banned you from working with them. (How would you feel if Soarin tries to did that to you?)

Rainbow Dash says she initially hated "Crash" nickname because that was the same nickname her bullies use to call her and yet, Wonderbolts doesn't think it bother her.

I mean we get that the Wonderbolts are pretty much military and no way in hell are we expecting friendly chatter and tea parties. But even so, I will admit I did not approve of how they gave Rainbow the nickname of 'Rainbow Crash' especially since that nickname has haunted her for years. So in a way it's almost understandable as to why she went through all that trouble trying to make a new name. But even after sharing the stories behind their own nicknames, does it really feel right to be named after a moment in our lives we'd rather not think about.

After Elizabeth handcuff Jack, she walked past Twilight.

Elizabeth: You're coming?

He draw his sword while Twilight is charging up her horn and targeting at the creature.

Twilight Sparkle: (Thought) Goodbye everyponies, Goodbye Fluttershy, Goodbye Rarity, Goodbye Applejack, Goodbye Rainbow, Goodbye Pinkie.... Goodbye Spike, I hope you guys can lives without me.

Jack take a swing at the creature while Twilight is ready to unleash her blast before she say her final words

Twilight Sparkle: My name is Twilight Sparkle, PRINCESS OF FRIENDSHIP!!!!!!!!!

The creature ate up both Jack and Twilight as the ship are wrapped by Kraken's tentacles and breaking apart while Will, Elizabeth and the crew watched in solemnly as Mane Six and Spike watched in horror as they witness the death of their beloved friend.

Rainbow Dash kick part of the boat in angry while Applejack and Rarity comfort Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie as they are crying over the loss of Twilight but Spike took this the hardest as he kneel down and yell out.

Spike: TWILIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NOTE: The movie ends on downer note and I feel Mane Six should lose something like how the heroes lost both Jack and Black Pearl.

What if they ends up losing their friend?

It would make the ending of this adventure more downer and heartbreaking.

Twilight shares her concern with Flash and Rockhoof

"Congratulations, Equestrian Heroes!" Applejack and Twilight greeted both Flash Magnus and Rockhoof with an apple pie.

"Thanks," Flash replied, before he gestured with his hoof. "Wanna come in?"

Later, both stallions and mares were sitting at a table to eat the pie.

"Mmm, this is good!" Rockhoof said in satisfaction. "What's it called?"

"Apple pie," Applejack answered.

"Apple pie...well, it's better than the pie I used to eat back in the days of old on my island," Rockhoof confirmed.

"I'll say," Flash Magnus nodded in agreement. "And we had apple ciders from the earth ponies. Spike's lucky."

At the mention of Spike, Twilight nodded, "In more ways than one," She replied, with a look of concern. "You know, before moving to Ponyville, Spike was having a hard time making some friends of his own, back in Canterlot. Some of the other ponies would either reject him, or bully him, for just being a dragon. I never imagined a few years later, there would be a whole stadium of people cheering for him."

"He's growing up real fast, isn't he?" Rockhoof asked.

"I'll say," Applejack sighed in nostalgia. "It's like yesterday, Apple Bloom was taking her first step, to now when she's helping other ponies find their place."

"But..." Twilight looked even more concerned as she relayed, "To be honest, there were some moments when....I'm not sure I liked what I saw. Spike had this look on his face."

The Princess of Friendship immediately recalled how cold Spike looked when he glared at her and the other girls to silence them. Then, after their reunion in Thebes, Spike's coldness turned darker, prior to his battle with the Hydra, which all seemed to take a turn for the worse, after their recent talk with Zeus.

The alicorn princess felt her heart ache, knowing that she and her friends had to do with it, for their latest gossip at Spike's expense. How it tore him apart from the inside, twisting him into a different dragon, striving to prove himself better, pushing him to his absolute limit, just to prove Twilight and the girls wrong.

"But maybe...that was just his...game face?" Twilight suggested awkwardly.

"Don't worry," Flash Magnus reassured. "Spike's a good kid. We won't let him go astray."

Toy Story

After their adventures with Woody and Buzz, Spike was in his bedroom relaxing, until he looked around taking notice of several of his toys and wondered.

Spike: I think I'm going to make a snack.

Spike got up and walked outside his room before closing the door. A few minutes later the door flung open and Spike popped his head in.

Spike: Ha!

He noticed all his toys were in the same spots they were before he left. He scowled, before closing the door again while stomping his feet to make it look like he was walking away. He stopped, and suddenly opened the door and poked his head in again.

Spike: Ha!

But like before, all his toys were in the same spots.

Spike: Jeez, they're good.
