As far we have:

-Every reviewer has to make two reviews a month or one story with 10k words as minimum.
-Not fullfil that duty without notification prior (At the start of the month or latest the middle of it) will result in getting the lazy status (on Discord)
-If a lazy reviewer fails again to make two reviews or one about a story of 10k length in a month, he loose his reviewer status completly
-If the story you are reviewing is longer than 50k words, if you feel that you will not make the one month deadline, you are allowed to take 2 months to complete the review if you make this known beforehand, and not a few days before the deadline.
-A comment with a link to the completed review has to be posted below the story you reviewed

About how stories are picked:
-for each story from the personal folder, you have to pick one from the main folder too and vise versa

And how much of a story has to be read to amke a review at minimum, despite its quality.
Till 5k complete
Till 10K read at least 50%
Till 50k Read at least 35%
Over 50k Read at least 25%

-Don't feed the reviewers.
