As most of us know, the teachings of Christianity include following the ways of Jesus Christ. Yes, the man who died for our sins. It is important to understand not the religion itself and whether or not the stories of the Holy Bible were fabricated or not, but to understand the morals and messages they were trying to teach. Jesus taught us to love thy neighbor and never turn our backs on people in need. Now, in the case of this group, self-care is still important because we should be at the top of our game in order to be able to help others, if and when we are able to.

As a Christian myself, I invite others into the realm of Christianity in the hopes of teaching that regardless of race, gender, religion, and the color of our skin, we are all human beings and in the metaphorical sense, created in God's image to be His children and carry out His work and His love.
