DC creates a new Budget Deck Profile and is based off the new Structure Deck "Cyberse Link" in the TCG.

There are different ways to create a good deck using cards only within the 3 structure decks, there are a lot of different types of cards to choose from but I chose a selection of ratios that are most suited for making this deck reach its full potential, there are cards that aren't useful and also there are cards that help make a fun competitive deck, so here is my version of a Budget Deck that I created that only uses cards that can only be obtained within the Structure Decks themselves. Keep in mind that if there are cards within the Structure Deck(s) that you want to put into your version of a budget deck, you're more than happy to replace any of the cards that I listed for your own personal preference.
