It also sorta might explain how she is pink and everyone else in her family has rock colored fur (Discord making her mother pregnant but not necessarily had sex with her maybe?)

Discord influenced that the CMCs while he was still in statue form. He could have infected the Pie family when they came to visit the castle for whatever reason. Discord has lots of things he did back in the day that have caused issues in the present. So, it would work.

An interesting idea but when it comes to a magical world, physics take a backseat to magic in its rawest form. Discord is probably the result of chaos magic congealing together and forming a being of pure chaos that must be chaotic or he will cease to exist. Legend of the everfree suggests that pinkie has the mind of a cartoon character living in a delusion of candyland. Surround that mind enough magic and it probably would have the ability to bypass physics.

She doesn't pull stuff out of random. She knows exactly where to place them because she can see into the future. That's how she could also have the knowledge. She'd already learned it, in the future.
