Yup... being a member of this group means being able to earn Star Points for various things... they do what you'd expect, and levels are grouped into ranks just like in the game. Rising Stars are Users, B-list are Contributors, A-list and Superstars are Admins, but Superstars get special permission A-list Stars couldn't even dream of.
