In To Where and Back Again - Part 1, Starlight Glimmer, despite all that she has learned about friendship, realizes that she does not trust herself to accept any position of power. Trixie helps her friend get over her phobia by accompanying her to Our Town, but when Starlight is asked to make simple decisions for her former subjects and freaks out, Trixie helps by spiriting her away. When she and Trixie return from the failure, Starlight discovers that Twilight and her friends are changed. When they confirm the mane six have literally been replaced by changelings, Starlight is forced to take on her phobia and mount a rescue to save Equestria.

Instead of Starlight Glimmer having the dream where Luna warns her that the changelings have captured her and her sister, Trixie has it.

Starlight Glimmer demonstrates two new spells, Pegasus Simulation and Don't See Don't Hear Don't Look. Tell how Starlight learned them trying out for Celestia's School of Gifted Unicorns, did not find Sunburst in Canterlot, and did not get accepted to the school.

The changelings In the friendship castle capture Starlight Glimmer but not Trixie. Against an incredible compulsion to run, Trixie saves the day… somehow.

Trixie succeeds in getting Starlight to tolerate advising her friends in Our Town. After the Sunset Festival ends, Starlight and Trixie, accompanied by Double Diamond, Sugar Belle, Party Favor, and Night Glider, return to Ponyville to find something has changed.

Extra credit (optional): Change the POV between various characters when their thoughts are most interesting using narrative breaks (usually a centered # on its own line). For example, switch between Trixie and Starlight or Starlight and a Changeling.
