Okay, since Book 2 is now getting started, we might as well start getting the events underway. This original post will be subject to change as more is added to the timeline so all of your events can be moved to the original post for easy access. Remember, if you're a contributor, you're required to at least make some suggestions. If you have none, just post something along the lines of "I've got nothing", or something like that, and you'll be given a pass. If you get an idea later, though, please share it. If you actually have a story, though, post your fic's current timeline so we can get everyone synced.

I'll start us off:

Day 1:
A: Corporal Zachary Jenkins taken captive. MILQUETOAST implant torn out by Princess Birthright and deactivated, cutting off the spies' ability to locate him by using MILQUETOAST. Jenkins passes out from severe stress, blood loss and pain.
B: Admiral Sevin Truax XCVIII meets with his military adviser to discuss production of units in the cities. Governess Susan N‘Gahli CII Relays orders to her trusted advisers, and sets them to work. President Tom Seminazzi C Meets with his representative from the Xenosabe Concourse.

Day 2:
A: Corporal Jenkins remains unconscious. The ponies partially patch him up with magic and extract some cells from him for testing.
B: Lapis Opal Amethyst is promoted to lead one of the space squads to attack the Lalande21185 system. Trixie Lulamoon is run out of Manehattan.

Day 3:
A: Jenkins still hasn't woken up. Dr. Frothy Batch completes studying the Protean cells and begins work on a new ponification potion.

Day 4:
A: Jenkins is still comatose. Dr. Batch tests a prototype version of the new formula, which manages to transform a few cells.

Day 5:
A: Jenkins wakes up. Dr. Batch notices that he's awake, attempts to explain the situation to Jenkins. Jenkins transforms into a klackon to escape his shackles, then transforms into a human/typhoeus hybrid to escape. Jenkins stopped by the Royal Special Forces, who subdue him. Jenkins is returned to the lab, and is re-shackled with magically-enhanced shackles to prevent him from slipping out of the chains again.
Jenkins transforms into a human/Alicorn hybrid in an attempt to destroy the prototype serum and take his own life to deprive them of a living test subject. Celestia arrives, stops him, and reactivates the pain of his injury to stop him.
Testing begins. The prototype manages to weaken his Total Immunity, but is unable to fully remove it. Jenkins employs his shape-shifting abilities as a manual defense to counter the potion until it leaves his system.
Jenkins manages to get Celestia to doubt herself for a couple seconds before she manages to knock him out for a few more days.

Day 6:
A: Jenkins is comatose again.

Day 7:
A: No change in Jenkins' condition, DR. Batch continues work on another serum.

Day 8:
A: Same as Day 7.

Day 9:
A: More of the same, but Batch completes his second formula.

Day 10:
A: Formula #2 is tested on Jenkins, but he counters it by giving his cells walls to block the potion from affecting them. Jenkins manages to get Celestia to doubt everything again, but Dr. Batch interrupts him and snaps her out of it. Batch decides to begin daily tests and suggests that once he's created a formula that he's certain will succeed, they should reinstall the implant to give the Proteans a first-hand account through Zachary's senses of what ponification feels like.

AFCIR Timeline:

Day 1: Admiral Sevin Truax XCVIII meets with his military advisor to discuss production of units in the cities. Governess Susan N‘Gahli CII Relays orders to her trusted advisors, and sets them to work. President Tom Seminazzi C Meets with his representative from the Xenosabe Concourse.

Day 2: Lapis Opal Amethyst is promoted to lead one of the space squads to attack the Lalande21185 system. Trixie Lulamoon is run out of Manehattan.

Day 3: Preparations to battle the Equestrian Oppressors are running smoothly at this point.

Day 4: Captain Lapis worries about the mission being successful, and ponders how it's all gonna go down. Trixie arrives at the edge of the Everfree Forest, and enters.

Day 5: Imperial Preparations, Funestian Preparations, Observer Preparations

Day 6: Lapis Prepares

Day 7: Trixie runs into the Solar Flares, and rests in a cave, Chessmaster spies on Hayburg.

Day 8: Imperial preparations, Funestian preparations, Observers send troops to Clericorum.

Day 9: Lapis worries about the success of her mission.

Day 10: Trixie meets up with Sapphron, Chessmaster meets with Braeburn Apple.

Day 11: Raiders arrive on planets Funestis, Naumachia, and Nona. They run into massive trouble on Nona, having to deal with a Hammer, a Dreadnaught, and an Adamastor. A ship attacks Nang and meets with massive resistance. Janice's forces capture some Proteans from Belvedere, but leave her behind. Trixie and Sapphron continue to travel in the Everfree. Chessmaster decides to pay Celestia a visit.

Day 12: Lalandeans Celebrate their victory over the raiders. Ponies are confused as to why the klackon test subjects aren't reacting to the potion. Lapis wakes up in Pharos. Trixie and Sapphron reach Zecora's hut. Chessmaster waits to meet with Celestia.

Day 13: The news about the rebels garners mixed reactions from the Lalandeans. Lapis decides to defect to the side of the Proteans. Celestia consults the voice in her head about what to do with Chessmaster. Trixie and Sapphron obtain the flower for Zecora. Chessmaster is out-witted by Celestia.

Day 14: Lapis goes through a simulation. Trixie gets captured by the Solar Flares. Celestia begins to control Topaz.

Day 15: Lapis travels with the Proteans into space. Sapphiron rescues Trixie. Celestia prepares to defend against the incoming attack. Luna decides to travel to Ponyville.

Day 16: Lapis & co. prepare to attack. Trixie and Sapphiron enter Ponyville. Luna meets with the Leaders of the Protean Nations.
