I have a few concerns.

Firstly: I am usually opposed to splitting them via genre tag, for reasons of redundancy and confusion; I understand it's easier to sort at a glance, but it feels cluttered in my mind.

Secondly: How are we going to deal with stories starring Limestone that were written prior to Hearthbreakers? Stories where, for instance, all of Pinkie's sisters are as crazy as her? Or where for whatever reason Limestone moved off the rock farm? There should be a folder for such "pre-appearance" stories.

I bring this up NOW so we don't have problems later.
