Why is it so hard to bookmark multiple stories from a group's list?

I go to a group and look up some stories to read later, and I find a few that I'm interested in. I pick one and mark it, then I have to go to the group, and back to the list of stories all over again just to get the next one. I have no idea why this process has to be so long, it irritates me to no end sometimes.

Why can't I get my story noticed!??!! No mater what I do, no mater how many hands I shake or people I talk to or sites I post my story on people don't read it! How can I get my story read!!?!?!
It's not an issue of grammar or syntax error any more, lots of people are saying that they love my story! So why can't I bring my story to a wider audience!?! WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO!?!!?!!?
