Idea: Twilight is sent to the future with no way of returning. It's not all that bad It's not like Equestria was destroyed and now the fleet of ships are searching for a new planet to colonize right... right? Now Twilight is in charge of getting her entire race to a new planet and she is still almost two centuries behind. Many challenges await her as well as the loss of her friends and teacher who died long ago.

(Twilight would be an immortal alicorn in this story even though she is a unicorn in the images)
