Windchan.re/w is an independently run group, and the creator of it has close associations with another group, which adds to his hectic schedule. If there is a thread or post that breaks the rules that has not been deleted after five minutes, make sure to send a report to the Official Report Thread. You must include a link or screen-cap of the thread or post that has violated the rules. Also include links to the violator. Wind Re will inspect the thread or post to determine if it was in violation with the serious or front page rules. If you abuse the report system, or spam it, then you will get an automatic ban. Wind Re determines how long you keep a ban, if you get a warning or not, or if you get unbanned. Wind Re will provide a private message to the violator on his/her warning or ban, and the predetermined ban time.
