Yes, they may declare war against the status quo, but that doesn't mean that villains don't have valid reasons for what they do. Indeed, many are labeled villains because they refuse to accept the flaws that people simply accept as normal. This folder is for stories where the villain(s) who seek to change Equestria for the better by exposing corruption, promoting change, etc.
