Darn it, I got r63 planned in my own! And it's canon too!

4491359 I'm still not sure if the bonus is cannon or not now. Remember how Cloud commented how Cross seemed to have a hot twin sister? And he responded with, "tell me about it." Is that referring to the rule 63 bonus or something else entirely? But like I said, don't ask Shadow about it, he has enough with me asking about it.
