"nsfw" is the default setting for groups. If you are certain you turned it off when you created the group, then it is likely that either you or 4364676 accidentally changed the setting when editing the group for some reason or other...

To be honest, when I checked the member list, I only paid attention to the icons only to see if we even had more admins than just the group founder. I didn't really pay that much attention to the names. I have now edited my previous comment to fix that oversight of mine.
