How it works:
If you see an argument breaking out in a forum thread or comments section, make a thread for them in this group and politely ask the combatants to move the discussion here, so they don't clutter up an otherwise perfectly good thread or comments section. If they don't want to move, don't press them about it. Let it serve as a reminder to them that they're being a bit insensitive to neutral parties. Plus, once you invite them, they don't really have an excuse to keep it up where they're at, do they? Hopefully this will make everyone's lives a little easier.

Argue as long as you want, so long as you follow the site rules and don't drag anyone else into it once you're here. That said, try not to drag things on too much. Be polite and delete the thread as soon as things are settled, so the same argument doesn't reignite when someone stumbles onto an old thread.

Speaking of which, please don't join in on other people's arguments. Adding your opinion to the mix will not help anyone. These discussions shouldn't expand beyond the original debaters. Also, don't do anything that will get the group killed by site staff.
