Hi! I'm superpony55, and I've been part of book clubs before, but they never last long. I write Animorphs fanfiction on Fanfiction.com, and I have a few stories on here, as well. I'm admin for quite a few groups. I read stories on here every once in a while, but my read later list is huge at 1547. I'm in the process of writing an original story, and think I'll enjoy it here! (Though I don't have Skype.)

I've never been a part of a book club of any kind and I don't normally join Groups but for reasons that are my own, I'll give this a shot. I enjoy reading as you can tell by my user name although I don't set enough time aside to actually do it. I'm hoping with this club that will change. :)

Hey, I'm Boots (obviously). I like to think I'm a decent writer, but that's not why I'm here. I took a look at the group and was like, "I love discussing stories. Might as well join the club." Never been part of a book club before, so it should be interesting. I don't read as much as I write anymore, so maybe this will encourage me to read more often. The best stories are the ones you can talk about for hours, and I hope to find such stories here.

Hello everyone. I am bathroomstahl. I joined the club because I do a lot more writing than reading now days and I'd like to get back into reading fan fiction. When I do read, I usually only stay to certain authors and those are the ones I follow. Hopefully through this group I'll be able to expand my horizons on what stories to read. But anyway, that's enough about why I joined this group, time to say a bit about myself. I got into fan fiction for this fandom about a year ago and have been here ever since. I enjoy teaching others the rules of grammar and the English language, writing, and editing/proofreading for people. Heck, I'm even a proofreader in the Proofreader Group now I'm also somewhat of a Grammar Nazi, but when I do point out incorrect grammar, I like to tell them how and why it should be different so they can improve. That's a bit enough about me. I hope to have fun inside of this group.

(Except the icky gross stuff but it looks like this group won't be getting into that.) I'm always in search for a great story, and this is the first book club I've joined on this site, but it looks like it's going to be a lot of fun!

I don’t really know what genres I like best, but anything tagged Dark seems to push me away. Strange, that. A big part of my hope is that this club will get me to broaden my horizons a bit more.

Well, here I go by Silent Strider. I'm just someone that started reading desperately before I was supposed to even know how to read, was already reading young adult books in a foreign language (English) before I was a teenager, and never stopped.

Recently (well, in January) I started writing, though I don't think I'm good yet. Too many ideas, too many references to draw from, but too little experience and skill in putting it all together yet. I do want to get back to reading more, though, since I drastically reduced how much I read weekly since I started trying to write.
