Ironic considering that every Communist country in history (with one or two exceptions) has been a socially conservative police state. I've never seen any chaos or anarchy in vids or pics of North Korea, USSR, Bulgaria, etc. Sometimes I wonder if it's even the same ideology.

You can be sure that should the police be abolished the Vopos (Volkspolizei, "people's police") will soon replace them to enforce political orthodoxy.
