Do Flim and Flam have to enslave a town or try burning ponies alive to qualify for the Ponyville Reform Center? Sell bottled poison to be worthy of Twilight's magic Reforming spell?

Hmm, I wonder. I wish Flim and Flam would be reformed, they'd be so fun if they'd get over their stunts. It is a very interesting point you bring up. Boy, it'd be a neat episode if they could make Diamond Tiara nice. Still, I want a Flim Flam reform episode first. That would be awesome!
