William Shakespeare is not William Shakespeare.

I had to ask, what do you guys think about this?

Some background, Shakespeare historians have looked into it, and seen that William Shakespeare could not have written the plays. He was an untraveled laborer, and Shakespeare plays had things only someone who had traveled there would know (such as the baked doves dish).

There are quite a few theories, and I wanted to hear your opinions on this debate.

Some people just refuse to believe an "uneducated bum" could write such genius about the aristocracy and such. Well, it's not like the scripts had any real spelling in the first place.

True, but certain things displayed in his plays are things only someone who had traveled there would know.

Of course, he could have learned from someone who had traveled, and been inspired to write about those places.

I don't think people should rule out anything. Unless they've gone with the doctor...
