I plan on making a headcannon that explains changelings in a way that makes sense, including basic rules of magic, shifting, emotional feeding, conversion, power limits, ect.

Think of this less of a headcannon and more of a changeling physiology study, more or less.

Explanations for different things, including a origins explanation, as well as a description of the social structure on all levels, from inter-hive relations to drone interactions.
