We may think we can do little, but even a little bit helps.

At the bottom of this article is the story I wanted to talk about. I didn't quote it here because, since the words come straight out of a book by Max Lucado, I may have ended up plagiarizing the original content. The basic story is this; a small group of women travelled to Cambodia, meeting a missionary friend there. He showed them the misery that is human trafficing, especially of young women and girls. They photographed what they saw, though this was limited due to the fact that the slavers threatened to take their camera away if they didn't stop. One of the women, who had started a relief organization beforehand, wrote an article that caught the attention of one of the readers, who sent money to the cause (resulting in World Hope International, linked below), and within three years, some four hundred children were rescued. A small number out of nearly a hundred thousand people sold into sex slavery, but better four hundred be rescued than no one at all.

Sites such as World Hope International help provide aid for this. In addition, there are plenty of causes out there. And, if one doesn't have the money, prayer wouldn't hurt either.

May God save, guide, and protect you all.
