Would it be okay to have separate bathrooms for white and black people if there was 50% / 50% ratio between them? Of course not! Yet we still have separate bathrooms for genders. This past semester, I took a Global Gender Issues course and our instructor shared a story about how she was forced to urinate in a small hole while traveling in a Middle-Eastern country she visited. That really sounds aweful.

In my country, I am not allowed to use bathrooms of the majority, just because I'm a member of a minority sex. Can you imagine that...

They made bathrooms just for us, the minority sex, to keep us away from the bathrooms of the majority of the population. This injustice needs to end! I demand the right to use any bathroom I chose to and not be segregated just because of my sex.
