So as I, the Spiced Yard, found myself bored and devoid of any mares, gold, or strong drink, I fancied I might do something worthwhile with me time and go over our ship's logs to see where we be when it comes to the crew! Har har!

Standard crew members (those who'd find themselves on any typical ship)
-Captain: Princess Luna of Equestria (runs the ship)
-Shipwright: Gale Force (sees over carpenters, sailmakers, etc. to ensure smooth sailing and takes charge of the pegasus wind-makin team)
-Purser: Me! (keeps logs of maintaining supplies, in charge of getting more in port)
-Master-of-Arms: Blood "Quilly" Quill (keeps crew members trained in the use of weapons and survival tactics)
-Surgeon: Prof. Silver Shield (takes charge of injuries and fixes them)
-Master Gunner: Flintlock Spark (directs cannon fire and unicorn combat magical fire during battle)
-Quartermaster of the Watch: Swift Gale (in charge of keeping a keen eye on the horizon and spotting different things, also in charge of the ship's watches)
-Carpenter: Timber Limb (fixes broken wood)

Specialist crew members (members of the crew who're specific to our ship)
-Kirin Ambassador: Ryuu (grants us safe passage through waters claimed by her race)

Open spots (spots that we still need ta fill, though we could place background characters in them)
-Cook (cooks food)
-Quartermasters (one for navigation, and another for steering)

And of course there also be plenty of enemies we'd rather not run into...but may cross cannons with should push come to shove.
-Akhlut (a cross between a wolf and an orca)
-Catoblepas (Ox-like beasts with breath worse than that of me grandmother, who's been dead for nearly twenty years!)
-Captain Powder Burn (An unwashed unicorn pirate with a fascination with fire)
-Captain Bone Marrow (a griffon privateer, he sounds like a clever one)
-Captain Book (a well-mannered pirate with a love of books)
-Timber Ponies (ponies cursed with a werewolf-like plague brought about by Nightmare Moon, these creatures' bark is just as rough as their bites, pun intended!)
-Terror "Terri" Breeze (A bastard of a breezy who will no doubt prove a worth opponent!)
-Captain Vanilla "Bonnet" Bonnet (A pretty pegasus who uses her looks to get what she wants)

Hey hey, looks like you've been busy. I was actually just thinking of changing Silver Shield when I stumbled across this. Looks like we've got a lot of positions filled and as for the ones we don't have yet, I suggest we use random background characters to fill in while we search for unique characters to fill in their spots! Also, I suggest we make a sort of prologue to our work.
