A mysterious person who was disguised as Tsubakura.
They call themself the head priest of the "Senri Shrine", the shrine that leads "Mugenri", the country that lies beyond this other world.
They're considerably militant, and it appears that they were oppressing the people of this world to some extent.
Therefore, the youkai who were targeted were scared of Tsurubami, and hid away during the day.
Their motive for taking on Tsubakura's appearance is unclear; it seems like they were testing Yabusame and party's abilities.
They verified that they had power, and was satisfied.
In order to free up time to go on vacation, they forced jobs onto Yabusame and several of Yabusame's friends, and started off towards the Outside World.
It seems they have their reasons, but they're still way too willful and inconsiderate of others.
They release the latent potential of something besides themself, and after raising it, Tsurubami makes it so that they too can use that strength.
