What marvels of fictional human (and aliens if you manage to find one) engineering do you consider best sphess ships?

I can't pick five so I'm going to say Space Marine Battle fleets and EXTERMINATIS fleets.

I prefer the Covenant Supercarrier over everything (except for fighter class ships).

That ship at the top? Above everything? That's a Covenant Supercarrier, almost 29km of death and awesome. Dwarfs the Infinity, and can annihilate a super star destroyer.

Or if that's not big enough for you, try the Forerunner Fortress ship (it's the really long needle looking one, coming in at 50km):

I seriously thought about putting a Halo ship in there but there not really that neat, In terms of firepower they kinda suck in the multiversal plane and are pretty much big MAC rifles with like three shots and an engine.

The eclipse class super star destroyer, armed with a super laser simpler to the death stars.

what, no Eve online ships? Scorpion, Caldari battleship makes my top 5. Other then that, Arwing, any star destroyers, because childhood, and... wait, can we include the TARDIS? I mean, it IS a time and SPACE ship, right? and uh... firestorm from x-com enemy unknown, I suppose, since it's humans taking alien tech and woopin' them with it.
