I'm new to L5R and while I was reading I got to thinking (uhoh)

What Clan and Schools would each of the mane six play?

Pinkie should be scorpion clan, as in ninjas.

Applejack could be affiliated with the mantis clan, because they are a legion of workers, or crab because they are hardy individuals and mighty defenders of the former wall.

Rainbow Dash could be lion clan, because they are the warriors, or unicorn clan because they are the wild explorers.

Rarity could be the crane, because they are skilled in the craft of communications and tradition and have great control over the social order of Rokugan

Fluttershy is kinda hard, although I can see her as a dragon. Even if she doesn't fight, the mystique of the clan itself could do well with her shy personality. Or you can overhaul her and align her with the spider clan, they are easily the most hated of the group.

Twilight could be with the pheonix clan, simply beacuse of her prowess in magic.

That's my suggestion but you don't have to follow it. I haven't played legend of the five rings since my friend graduated from college. Although it was nice for someone to bring it up again
