This is gonna sound strange, but Thomas the Tank Engine and Fire Emblem have a connection that I just learned about from Did You Know Voice Acting Thomas and Friends.

So, Japanese Thomas has always had different voices for the different characters, and know who voiced Bertie the Bus?

The same guy who voiced Marth in the Fire Emblem OVA

So yeah, Marth is also a talking bus... something to think about...
