Like the title says, say 10000 ponies suddenly appeared throughout the world in 1850 to current present day. How would they have changed war, or all around the world for the past 169 years?

For one, they would basically be kicking all scientists asses by proving that magic exists.
Secondly: I cant even remotely imagine the powerful weapons their magic and humanities science could create. Wars would no doubt be 10x worse then how it was in our timeline.

Yeah i think that tech would either stagnate or become more magic centric such as thaumic reactors in vehicles or magic batteries. Earth ponies would increase crop production because of magic and the world would probably be split on the matter with more fascist supremacists insisting slavery and kinder ones demanding civil rights. Magic infusion would be helpful too with increasing durability or bullet enchantment.
