Ever since watching Journey to One, I've been wondering about the level of power the G2 Toa have. In the mini-series, we've seen them able to control their elements with their new powers (and to a greater extent with their Unity creatures), but I thought they already had that. After some looking around, I think this is how it's supposed to be:

2015 Toa (without golden masks) can't control their powers.

2015 Toa with golden masks can control their powers.

2016 Toa (without Unity creatures) can do the last as their 2015 counterparts.

2016 Toa with Unity creatures have a greater amount of control on their elemental powers, which makes it the highest level (thus far).

Am I right about this? Please correct me on anything.
