I just started writing and I have a lot of issues to cover such as paragraphing and wot position. I would love some help on this and a proof reader would do wonders for me, but I don't know how to ask.

Google up something like "writing paragraphs fiction."

There is a difference between fiction and nonfiction writing.
So you want to get info on fiction writing.

Learn as much as you can of the Craft, that's the low-level stuff like paragraphing, spelling, grammar and other things.
It will take a while but if you know the basics, your editors have more time to focus on the higher level issues.

As far as getting help, there are groups in fimfiction that you can join.
